# WATCHING WEEK THIS WEEK
# It is still is the early stages but it looks as though Kaicie Connors will be flying to India at the completion of her Jesus Christ Superstar contract to dance in a Bollywood Movie!!
# Check notices for Charters Towers and Townsville Eisteddfod private lessons
# Concert Dates 12th & 13th November with extra rehearsal that week and the week previous..make sure you are around for ALL REHEARSALS
# A new timber floor will be laid in the back area during the Sept school holidays..this will make the back area a fully functional dance space...
# PRACTICE AT HOME..I have been fortunate to be able to watch all the groups over the past 2 weeks and I must now ask parents to please get the children to do some home practice between lessons..we are only going to be FANTASTIC in the concert if everyone knows their dance...It is apparent that some children are doing NO HOME PRACTICE and therefore letting their group down..If you are watching this week it will become obvious who is and isn't doing some extra work at home..If you don't already have a copy of the music, please bring a blank CD or USB STICK to get you concert music for home practice..
#MISSED CLASSES With concert work high on the priority, I have told children that unless they are DEAD DYING IN HOSPITAL they need to be at their class..even if they are only watching..it is impossible to do choreographic patterns when there are people missing..
