As last years Mini Concert was such a success, I have decided to do this again as preparation for the up coming competition. Anyone who intends to go to Ayr must perform at this concert so I can see if you are actually ready to go or not.
It will be held at the Entertainment Centre on Sunday 17th May .. Doors will open at 9am for a 9.30am start.. If you can let me know what dances you will be doing ASAP so I can organize a programme. To start with we will only do 'new' dances.. This will be a full dress rehearsal complete with costumes, make up etc.. I will give an adjutication sheet for each performance.
TO COVER THE COSTS OF THE HALL:
Cost $5 per dance performed.. $10 per person who takes a seat in the auditorium to watch. It will be open to all friends and family. Tickets for audience and performers must be purchased before the day...NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE DAY...
A ticket will be issued and must be presented on the day.
