AYR EISTEDDFOD PROGRAMME AND REHEARSALS

Attached is the Programme for the Ayr Eisteddfod. You will see the groups entered are on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May.
Saturday Morning: Section 381: Bowen Classical Group
To arrive at the Theatre in Ayr at 7am with Hair and Makeup done for 8am start.

Saturday Afternoon: Section 383/284 : Bowen Tap Group: Bumble Bee
To arrive at the Theatre in Ayr at 12 noon with Hair and Makeup done for 1pm start.

Sunday Morning: Section 385: Proserpine Tap Group: Schummacher
To arrive at the Theatre in Ayr at 7am for 8am start with Hair and Makeup done.
SCHUMMACHER WILL USE THEIR BLACK TAP SHOES.

Sunday Morning: Section 386: Bowen Jazz Group: Hand Jive
To arrive at the Theatre in Ayr at 7am for 8am start with Hair and Makeup done

REHEARSALS WILL BE HELD THE WEEKEND PRIOR, ON SATURDAY 16TH, IN BOWEN FOR BOWEN GROUPS IN THE MORNING AND IN PROSERPINE IN THE AFTERNOON.   EXACT TIMES TO BE ADVISED.  SCHUMMACHER WILL ALSO BE DONE IN CLASS ON FRIDAYS.

Please make sure you have a Dee Jays Cape if you are competing in solo/duo. All Dee Jays students whether competing in solos/ duos/ or groups should have a Dee Jays shirt/ singlet to worn while at the eisteddfod.

I am staying at the Cascades Caravan Park in a Cabin. If you are looking for somewhere to stay they did have vacancies yesterday.  I will be there for all sections Saturday , Sunday and Monday morning and back in time for classes in Proserpine Monday afternoon.
