2016 Enrolment Process

Welcome to 2016
To start the year we are having enrolment days as follows:
Bowen Monday 18th January 10am -12noon CWA HALL
Collinsville Monday 18th January 3pm -5pm BOWLS CLUB along with a Lipsense Party
Proserpine Tuesday 19th January 5pm-6pm STUDIO WAITE ST

ENROLMENTS CAN BE MADE AT ALL TIME THOUGH BY FOLLOWING THE LINK BELOW.  I am trialling a new system to help keep better track of invoices and payments. I need all families to follow the process below to enrol your children and pick the classes you want to do. I can edit any that go in the wrong places so don't panic.  All payments will still be cash at the studio .   Automatic late fees will be added if not paid within the time frame allowed.  Reminder notices will be sent out along with fee invoices.

If you could start doing this for me asap it will make the process much easier.
The complete newsletter with uniforms, important dates etc will be sent out to those who have completed this enrolment process.

The enrolment process for your parents is as follows:

Create an account at My Dancing Class at the following link:
http://www.mydancingclass.com/?dee-jays

When you get to the site, click on Create Account at the top right. Under New User on the right, enter your full name, your email address, and a password.

You will then be shown an account details page, where you can enter additional information such as addresses, contact numbers for emergencies, and so on. Update any information, and click on Save Changes.

Now click on Students in the menu at the top. Click Add Student, enter the student’s name and date of birth, and click Save. Then click on Enrol next to the Student’s name. Simply tick the classes to be enrolled, and click the Save Enrolment button at the bottom.

If you have extra students, just click Students in the top menu again, and follow the same steps as for the first student.

And you’re done!
