Term Two Fees

Fees for Term 2 are due in the first week of term. Please note fees policy as set out in the Prospectus.

Tuition fees will be not be invoiced. The student base is such that working everyone’s fees would be far too time consuming. You will need to work out your fees from the fee schedule in the newsletter. You will then be required to write clearly on an envelope how you worked out your fees along with your name and classes attending.

Public Holidays are not dancing days and need to be deducted from your fees.
Each class fee is listed below:
1/2 hr $8.10         3/4 hr $9        1hr $10.80                       1 1/4hr $12.60
They must only be deducted in the corresponding term.

You will see on the fee schedule two amounts for each term. The first column represents the amount payable if paid in cash ( NOT CASH CHEQUES ) by the due date shown. The second column represents the amount payable after the due date shown. Please don't send the lessor amount after the due date as follow up invoices often offend.

Fees can be paid to Mrs D or Miss Emma or preferably placed into the Money Box in the waiting room with your child’s name and ‘Tuition fees’ clearly marked. Enrolment is complete only when fees are paid in full. Once payment is made your class placement is secured for the term.*
NOTE: Fees not paid in the first week of term incur a 10% late fee. This is not negotiable and forms part of the Dee Jays Fee Policy.
Should you wish not to complete the term, no refund is payable.
Should you miss a class due to illness, a make-up class may be offered if available.
Contact me to arrange these.

Please note that the discounted fee schedule only applies if they are paid the FIRST week back.
