I'm Back!!!

Hi all, Just a quick update to let everyone know we are home safe and sound. The fighting over in Bangkok has stopped (at least for now) but we were surprised to know that the biggest damage was done just a block from where we stay.. I have taken some photos of the bomb and fire sights and will share them when I get some time to download the pics. We shopped like people possessed and finally got everything finished..the last evening I was sitting with the costume lady and her family at 2.30am in the foyer of the hotel trying on tutu pants and bodices..much to the astonishment of other guests!! Well who in their right mind would be still in the Hotel Foyer at 2.30am anyway..surely you expect to see strange things at them time of night!!! Anyway the costumes are lovely and I am sure you will be happy with what I have chosen. Please understand though, that the sizing is still a concern and until they all arrive it will be hard to know if things are going to fit properly. HOWEVER.. if things are only slightly big or small we will just have to make do as best we can..if they are grossly oversized or tight, I will get them fixed as best I can..please please please don't wave things in my face saying 'This doesn't fit !!' I have a fairly good set of eyes (with my glasses on) and I will never let someone on a stage in a dreadful costume!! Keep in mind that you have not had to do anything to organize a costume and if you had to buy a pattern, material and have something made, your $60 wouldn't go very far at all.. Remember term fees are due next week. The big girls ballet exams are this coming Monday so I will be back to classes as soon as I have finished in Mackay. Sasha or Miss McCall will take the classes until I am back..Even though it is a student free day there are still normal classes. Looking forward to show and share with the costumes...take care Mrs Dx
