CONCERT PROGRAMMES: I am seeking Programme sponsorship from Individuals and Businesses. Cost is $50 for your name or business to be included in the programme. These have been very successful the past 2 year and something I would like to continue. I have to have the programmes at the Printers this WEEK so if you are willing to sponsor could you let me know ASAP so your name can be included.

All classes on Wed 28th Oct will be at the Entertainment Centre.
Everyone to bring ALL COSTUMES to ALL CLASSES this week. (Monday 26th to Friday 30th October) This includes your good tights (you just bring them, don’t wear them) , shoes to be colour changed, straps to be fixed , socks if you need them, etc etc etc. Please bring safety pins, bobby pins for headpieces, make sure your hair is neat ( I will be taking photos to choose some to put in the programme) . If you want to be in photo you must have half reasonable tights , not necessarily your best tights but some suitable for a photo.

CONCERT WEEK
Normal classes Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th November.

Rehearsal at the Entertainment Centre Wednes 11th Nov from 3.30pm. NO COSTUMES. Can enter through front doors and allowed to stay in auditorium providing you are QUIET.

Rehearsal at the Entertainment Centre Thurs 12th Nov from 3.30pm FULL COSTUMES. Please wear your own light makeup for photos with Sue Considine ( to be confirmed) Must enter through rear or side doors, parents and children NOT permitted in auditorium.

DO NOT WEAR YOUR COSTUMES TO THE CENTRE OR LEAVE WITH ANY PART OF YOUR COSTUME ON. YOU MUST NOT HAVE FOOD OR DRINK IN THE DRESSING ROOMS AND YOU MUST NOT EAT OR DRINK WITH A COSTUME ON. EVER EVER EVER...

Unfortunately we will NOT be doing a Matinee Friday morning. St.Caths has pulled the pin. Whilst disappointed they aren’t attending, I am more disappointed that from all the letters I sent out to all schools, day care, kindy etc in the area, no-one bothered to acknowledge my letters or took the time to accept or decline my offer. This is a real shame and I hope that if enough parents express their disappointment maybe we can do it again next year.
On both afternoons we will do the Finale first and the children can go home once they have finished their dances.

HAIR for rehearsals and concert will be in A FLAT BUN. No fringes..No jewellery (this includes earrings, rings, bangles, anklets, watches etc)

Please make sure your shoes are clean. No ribbons on ballet shoes for Junior Classical students.

CONCERT DAYS: FRIDAY 13TH & SATURDAY 14TH NOVEMBER
Arrive 6pm with hair done and your own foundation on. False eyelashes should be worn by all senior girls, others may wear them if they want..they are great for accentuating facial expressions.. ...They can be purchased at Crazies, Hairhouse Warehouse, Big W, Chemist. Enter through the rear or side doors only. We will do all other makeup when you get there. If you don’t want to share the lipstick, you can purchase your own from the Proserpine Pharmacy (they know which one we use). Use of the studio makeup is FREE however I ask that you make sure makeup is put back in the BOX when you are finished with it..It tends to grow legs and walk...

No-one is to use the stairs from the auditorium onto the stage EVER EVER EVER!

Costumes must not be worn in the audience EVER EVER EVER. You can wear them under the studio uniform. (Which have been ordered if you had paid for them!) Obviously not tutus or similar that will get crushed and squashed. Dance shoes must not be worn outside. Tap shoes must not be worn in the auditorium EVER EVER EVER.

BOOKINGS OPEN at the Entertainment Centre MONDAY 2ND NOVEMBER AT 9AM. Anyone who wants a seat in the audience must purchase a ticket. Cost is $11 children to 15yrs & pensioners. Adults $19. Credit card bookings will not be accepted.

DVD’S of the Concert will be available. Cost will be $45. We are trying a new Video company this year. Order form is at the Studio. These must be made and paid for before Wednesday 11th November. Please put money in the box in an envelope clearly marked or give to Karen Muller.

Affiliation money is due NOW..this is for breakup, certificates, trophies etc. There is a list on the door at the studio so please check if you have paid.
