LADIES CLASS PT 3

Hello ladies..here is part 3...
After you have done the 2 smooth arm circles...
Put weight onto L leg with R foot on Demi point at side,
arms swing in a pendulum motion to the L..2 nods...
Repeat changing arms and legs, 2 nods,
Repeat back to the first side, 2 nods.
4 Walks forward
Jiggle walks R & L (train arms if you can manage!)
2 more walks R& L
With arms : call friends, ski jump, elbows in
Jump feet apart, arms egyptian
Jump feet together , arms by sides
Cross arms and wait.
4 Nods
Repeat from Jiggle Walks

BEAT IT
Feet together and clicks with R arm (hip bounce at same time)
Continue clicking with 4 walks forward,
Feet together. L arm overhead, then R, L R
Continue doing arms and stretch L leg to side, then R L R
Step to R side, Cross L in front and swivel to face back.
Step to R side, Cross L in front and swivel to face front.
4 x step steps bwd and THRUST pelvis fwd
2 butterfly arms with body ripples
YOU GO LADIES!!!!!!!HOT HOT HOT!!!!!
