As some would know we have had an amazing week here at the studio. STEVE FIEDLER has been auditioning on and off since early in the year for 'Creative Generation' an Australia wide variety concert with a cast of around 500 to be staged at the Lyric Theatre in Brisbane. It is a State Schools project. Initially there were 3000 DVD auditions, then 100 live panel auditions in Brisbane, 37 Closed auditions also in Brisbane and 18 chosen for the featured vocalists. Steve has just recieved notice that he in now being considered for several vocal solos and one of 5 chosen for lead vocals. CONGRATULATIONS STEVE!!
CHEZ ROCK travelled to Sydney in the Easter holidays to compete in the INTERNATIONAL THEATRICAL DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS. Chez took 9 routines to Sydney. There were an average of 45 competitors in the heats. Of those,10 were chosen to compete in the semi-finals. Chez made 6 semi-finals. Of those 10, 6 were chosen to compete in the Finals. Chez made 3 finals. Of these she won World Champion for her National Solo.A highlight being when she stood on the podium, holding the Australian Flag and the national athem being played.
Competitors travelled from all over the world to compete and Chez has been invited to travel to Germany next year to compete again. CONGRATULATIONS CHEZ!!
