As a rough guideline to which level your child should be in, here are the average ages:
Baby Ballet: from 3 years of age to Prep
Pre-Primary Ballet: Grade 1 at school, 5 turning 6 yrs
Primary Ballet: Grade 2 at school, 6 turning 7 yrs
Grade 1 ballet: Grade 3 at school, 7 turning 8 yrs
Grade 2 ballet: Grade 4 at school, 8 turning 9 yrs
Grade 3 ballet: Grade 5 at school 9 turning 10 yrs
Grade 5 ballet: Grades 6 or 7
Baby Ballet: from 3 years of age to Prep
